Overview
User testing and validation of the redesigned KSRTC website was carried out to assess the effectiveness and user experience of the website's new design and features. The testing process involved including participants who represent the target audience of the website and asking them to complete various tasks on the website while their actions were recorded and observed. The results of the user testing and validation helped to identify areas for improvement, ensure the website meets the needs of its users, and increase overall satisfaction with the website. The overall goal of the testing was to ensure that the redesigned website provides an intuitive and efficient experience for users.
