It is essential for a business to understand who the users of their products / services are.
In this project the goal was to create user personas that truly represent the demographic. To achieve this a survey was designed and distributed to a representative sample of the target audience and the data received was processed using the K-means clustering algorithm (a widely used technique for grouping similar datapoints into clusters).
The result was a set of data-based personas that provided a deeper understanding of the target audience and their needs. This information can be used to inform the design and development of products, services, or other initiatives that aim to better meet the needs of the target audience.
